Supervisor Support, Self-Efficacy, and Employee Performance: The Mediating Role of Office De-Clutter

چکیده
The study aims to test the impact of social support from supervisors and self-efficacy on employee performance through office de-clutter (a mediator) in banks. During COVID-19 pandemic, supporting factors (social self-efficacy) for maintaining is a novel contribution literature supported by exchange theory—SET. employee’s can be maintained with lower levels clutter (de-clutter). managed availability managerial self-efficacy. supervisor examined lens theory. A cross-sectional quantitative was conducted 202 primary responses bank employees. were recorded using closed-ended questionnaires. response rate 73.9% achieved. Reliability validity assessed Cronbach’s alpha scores AVE, respectively.
